The Main Event Lounge

Staffing: 2 to 3 certified caregivers (Maintains safe, low ratios)

Best For: Full-scale weddings, corporate functions, and large family celebrations.
What’s Included: Multi-station play setup (building blocks, interactive games, creative arts, and quiet relaxation zone), snack-time supervision, and active group games.

Two-Caregiver Rule: Every multi-child event is staffed with a minimum of two team members to ensure continuous supervision, seamless bathroom breaks, and immediate emergency response.
Vetted & Certified: Every caregiver is fully background-checked and certified in pediatric CPR/First Aid.
Seamless Coordination: We handle full setup, teardown, sanitation, and authorized sign-in/out procedures so hosts never have to worry.
Strict check-in & check-out: We want to make sure your little one gets back to their parent/guardian safe and sound. So we stick to our strict check-in & check-out procedure to make sure every kid leaves with the same person they came with.

Local Travel: Complimentary within our standard local service radius (up to 25 miles).
Extended Arizona Travel: Venues located beyond 25 miles incur a flat travel/fuel surcharge based on round-trip mileage.
Destination Events: We love traveling to Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, Prescott, and beyond! Custom travel rates apply for remote or long-distance venues.
