Are your nannies qualified?

Yes, all of our nannies are experienced childcare professionals. Each team member is carefully vetted and holds relevant childcare experience, along with up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification. We prioritize safety, professionalism, and creating a warm, engaging environment for every child in our care.
Our services may include:

How many nannies will be present?

Every multi-child event maintains a strict minimum of two on-site providers to ensure continuous supervision and seamless emergency response. The total number of caregivers is determined by the number and ages of children attending the event.
What ages do you care for?
We provide care for all ages, including infants (0–12 months), toddlers (1–3 years), preschoolers (4–5 years), and school-age children (6+ years). For community market pop-up drop-in care, our play setups are optimized specifically for children ages 2 to 10.

Where does the childcare take place?

We operate as a mobile service, bringing on-site childcare directly to your event venue, private party, corporate gathering, or community market across Arizona. For destination childcare, we set up engaging play spaces inside vacation rentals, resort suites, and private villas in locations such as Sedona, Flagstaff, Scottsdale, and Tucson, and we also travel out-of-state with families.
We work with your venue and planner to create a seamless, intentional setup.

Absolutely - Local Littles Childcare is fully insured with liability coverage, so you can feel confident knowing your event and your little guests are protected.

How do you handle check-in and check-out at large events?

We utilize a secure and strict sign-in and sign-out protocol that includes authorized pickup verification, allergy and medical tracking wristbands, and a direct parent-contact system.
Is there a minimum time requirement for private event bookings?

Multi-child private events have a standard 3-hour minimum to ensure continuous care. Larger events and full celebration lounges require a 4 to 5-hour minimum.
How do I book your services for my event?

You can submit an inquiry form with your event details, venue location, and estimated number of children. We will follow up within 24–48 hours with a custom proposal, after which a signed agreement and a 50% retainer officially lock your date on our calendar.
